Copyright Notice: The photographer who has taken the image is the copyright holder of the image. The copyright of an image is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Licensing may be obtained for various applications of images, please contact us for more details.
Photo Rights and Usage for Real Estate Photography, Video and any other product: The original agent who paid for this service has permission to use these images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale and cannot be reused without specific written permission. Agents who obtain a license for reuse agree that the photos, videos, 3D content, and any other product license to them is only valid for the duration of the listing. The Customer agrees that the Customer is the only one with rights to use the images and cannot be transferred to third parties.
Customer agrees that photos, videos or any other product purchased from One Wall Media LLC cannot be sold to another agent who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing.
Failure to pay for content will result in a copyright infringement/violation. You will be asked to remove the image from any electronic or printed form of advertisement. Failure to stop using them will result in legal action.
Photo Rights and Usage for Builders, Stagers, Designers, Home Owners, and others: Builders, stagers, designers and others who wish to use images taken by our photographer should contact us for specific licensing information. In addition to fees paid to One Wall Media LLC a property photography release will need to be obtained from the homeowner.
Payment: Payment is expected upon delivery of content.
Same Day Cancelation/Rescheduling: In the instance you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, no fee will be added if canceled at least the day before of said appointment. If you need to cancel the same day, a $50 fee will be assessed if canceled before the photographer arrives. If the appointment is canceled after the photographer arrives, a $75 fee will be assessed. All cancelation fees go directly to our photographers for their reserved time.
Trip Charges: We do our best to cover all of Austin and its surrounding areas. Trip charges are added to areas outside our main coverage area. You will be asked to reach out to us before booking outside our main coverage area so we can further assist you.
Customers Commitments: The Customer agrees it is their responsibility to assure the property is ready to be photographed before our photographers arrive. Our photographers reserve the right to cancel the appointment after arrival if the property is not ready to be photographed or if it would cause them to be late to the next appointment. Each appointment is limited to a certain amount of time and cannot be changed the same day. A $75 cancelation fee would be assessed.
Our photographers are not responsible for staging, moving furniture or cleaning of any kind. The property must be ready for our photographer upon arrival. We prefer if the lights are on and blinds are set to your liking before we arrive.
Pets must be contained or removed from the property. Our photographers will do their best not to let pets out of the property, but are not responsible for any pets escaping during the appointment.
